Gift Literacy School Supplies to One Student $30

• Our Adult Literacy School operates on four remote islands on Lake Kivu, Rwanda. This gift gives one Rwandan student in our free adult literacy school notebooks, pens, dry-erase markers and other tools to help set them up for a successful school year. All graduates leave with the ability to read, write and do basic math.

Gift a Micro-loan to an Indigenous Entrepreneur in Costa Rica $75

• Provide interest free loans to help our partners in Costa Rica continue to rise above poverty and thrive in their community by continuing education, buying better tools and supplies for their artisan work, business and educational related needs. 

Gift 40 Healthy Meals for Pregnant Women in Rwanda $50

• During our free Maternal Health Training classes in Rwanda, a small healthy meal is provided for all of the pregnant mothers. Your gift allows these women to remain fed during their lessons on prenatal nutrition and foods that are accessible locally that are high in vitamins or protein. These meals are cooked and served by the local Womens cooperative that we hire. 

Gift a New Baby Gift Bundle to a new Mom $50

• This gift is given to a mother in Rwands who has recently completed our Maternal Health Classes In this gift, there are essentials and small luxuries to help her feel loved and supported as she begins her motherhood journey. A part of the gift is a home visit from a local staff member to check on both the mom and her baby, ensuring they are cared for and supported. 

Gift One Day of Artisan Skills Training in Rwanda $30

• Your generous gift allows us to hire expert artisans from around the region to come and provide training for our Womens' cooperative in Rwanda. With the help of expert artisans, these women are able to develop new skills, improve quality, grow in their confidence and given opportunities to sell their goods locally and globally. 

Gift Supplies Needed to Grow Refugee Program $25

• Here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we hire the local refugee women to create goods such as jewelery, shirts and tote bags in our workshop. Your gift will bring more skills training and materials for our local refugee women to help us expand our product line and give these women an uplifting community with one another as they begin their new lives in the United States. 

Gift an Hour of Work to a Local Refugee Woman $18

• This gift isn't about just an hour of work. It's about the community built in our workshop and the hope that comes with providing for yourself and your family. Support these women in their time learning English skills as they work together and the skills that they gain when training on creating new products.
