HPH and Dot Products

Today, we are welcoming Hallie from Dot Products to our blog. Below, she will share about Dot and our exciting collaboration journal for our fundraising campaign!

Hey friends! My name is Hallie Darphin, and I’m the founder of Dot Products, a school supply company funding education for kids around the world. Dot started out of a college class project in 2013 and, since our launch in 2014, we’ve provided 17 full-year scholarships for students in Congo, Tanzania, and Mexico, as well as providing partial scholarships for HPH artisan, Maria, to attend 9th grade.

It has been the joy of my life to get to be a tiny part of the work that God is doing around the world. I’m also a member of Hands Producing Hope’s Board and a huge advocate for the work the HPH is doing with families in remote communities. Becca, HPH’s founder, and I became friends in the early days of Dot’s existence, and she has been such a blessing as we’ve moved forward with new products, new students, and expanding vision. Our goal is to see students around the world become educated adults with jobs that pay the bills and break the cycle of poverty so many people in developing countries find their families in for generations! Like HPH and so many organizations today, we believe in giving people a hand-up instead of a handout!

We’re so excited to be partnering with HPH on a Dot Custom Journal that you can pick up as one of the perks on the crowd-funding campaign. Each journal sold in the campaign will not only get HPH closer to their goals, but it will also provide ½ a day of school for the children on Nkombo Island in Rwanda through Dot’s Sponsorship program! Like I said before, I don’t think I could be more excited about this partnership.
